Claims of a serious cover up of child sex abuse, her expenses claims, a dramatic U-turn on her anti war stance to support Tony Blair and illegal invasion of Iraq, her preferential treatment of newly arrived immigrants before British working families. Did she know about the secret mass immigration plans for Britain?

So dear old Gordon was caught out today speaking out against his own Party supporters, just because they are worried about the effects of immigration on Britain. Now this was not a BNP supporter, this was a Labour Party voter.

Gordon Brown's comments were made as he got into his car after speaking to Gillian Duffy, a 65 year old widow from Rochdale, not realising that he had a microphone pinned to his suit. She had tackled the Prime Minister face to face on the issue of immigration.

During an exchange on the street, Gillian Duffy told the Prime Minister: 'You can't say anything about immigrants.'

She added: 'All these eastern Europeans - where are they coming from?'

Moments after Mr Brown was bundled into his car he told an aide: 'That was a disaster - they should never have put me with that woman. Whose idea was that? It's just ridiculous...'

Asked what she had said, he replied: 'Everything, she was just a bigoted woman.'

BUT STILL THEY REFUSE TO DISCUSS THE SUBJECT OF IMMIGRATION, they will delicately and skilfully skirt around every issue under the sun, coming out with the old well rehearsed cliches, but the one burning issue which would solve many of Britain's problems, the overburdened NHS service, which has now become an International Health Service, the environment, the economy, employment, building on greenbelt, the EU. Every single one of these issues could be eased if they tackled immigration head on.

The British National Party election broadcast was aired tonight on all channels except Channel 4, who have demanded that it be censored at the eleventh hour.

Many people had also reported the broadcasts were being shown slightly before the allotted times, a petty but obviously deliberate move.

Whatever the reason, we think the end product was a totally refreshing change to the usual pc garbage churned out by the media establishment.

Well done to all those involved in the production.

British woman faces illegal sex charges in Dubai

A British woman risks being charged for breaching Dubai's strict decency laws after claiming she was raped after a drunken night out.

The 24-year-old claims an Arab man raped her after driving her into the desert.
But the alleged attacker, 30, claims the woman consented - and if his version is believed she could face prison for having sex outside marriage in the strict Muslim state.

The man, 30, allegedly insisted on driving the trading company executive home after she had spent the night drinking with friends at the Dubai Marina in January.
After she accepted, he then allegedly drove her to a remote area and attacked her.
According to The Sun, the woman claims her attacker then drove her back to her flat where he raped her again on her bed.

A court source told the newspaper: 'She told police she screamed and cried out begging him to stop during both attacks, which were entirely against her will.'
'She went straight to the nearest police station and reported the sex attack at 3.20am the same day.'

Police tracked down the alleged rapist, known as Saif, after the woman had saved his mobile number after they met during the night.

If a court was to find in the man's favour, the woman could face a charge of having unlawful sex, which could result in a jail term.

It is also an offence to be drunk in Dubai.

'The case will be heard in full before a judge who will decide who is telling the truth, but the girl may face difficulties if her story is not believed,' the source said.

'She is still regarded as the victim at this stage.'

The allegations follows a string of indecency cases against foreigners in Dubai.
A British pair caught kissing in public in Dubai were given month-long prison sentences after an Emirati mother complained her child had seen their indiscretion.
The pair, a British man living in Dubai and a female friend, were arrested in November on accusations of kissing and touching each other intimately in public and consuming alcohol, their lawyer said. They were sentenced to one month in prison.
In a high-profile case in 2008, a British couple narrowly escaped jail after a court found them guilty of engaging in drunken sexual activity out of wedlock, and for doing so in public on a beach.

They were sentenced to three months in prison followed by deportation, but had their jail terms overturned on appeal.

In a separate case this year, a British couple who shared a hotel room managed to escape trial in Dubai for having sex out of wedlock by producing a marriage certificate.

Now the Daily Mail is being slightly economical with the true again, what they have failed to mention anywhere in this controversial report is the fact that this law is Sharia Law, a law adhered to in all Islamic countries.

Now let's just examine exactly why this British woman is facing such charges.

Under Islamic law, rape can only be proven if the rapist confesses or if there are four male witnesses. Women who allege rape, without the benefit of the act having been witnessed by four men who subsequently develop a conscience, are actually confessing to having sex. If they or the accused happens to be married, then it is considered to be adultery. A woman's testimony is worth only half that of a man's in court.

Rape is virtually impossible to prove under Islamic law (Sharia) and even in more moderate countries. If the man claims that the act was consensual sex, there is very little that the woman can do to refute this. Islam places the burden of avoiding sexual encounters of any sort on the woman

If found guilty of "adultery" the woman will be executed, usually by stoning to death. Now if this will be the fate of the British woman, we just don't know.

This will never happen in Britain, will it?

Well, this is what our very own Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams had to say on the matter.

"Sharia law in the UK "seems unavoidable".

Islamic Sharia law would help maintain social cohesion.

According to the Telegraph in June 2009, there were 85 Sharia courts operating legally in the UK. Applying Islamic law to resolve domestic, marital and business disputes, many operating in mosques. But there is becoming a creeping acceptance of Sharia principles in British law, this is just the thin end of the wedge.

I am very pleased to have been selected to represent the British National Party in the forthcoming parlimentary elections for the Broxtowe constituency.

I am married with a young family and run a small property maintenance business in Leicester.

Unlike many career politicians, i have lived, worked in the real world. I have been brought up on council estates, have had varied jobs from factory floor to management, and have faced redundancy and the hardships that many people and their families face today.

The BNP represents the electorate with a real alternative to the 3 failed parties, we are not afraid to tackle the issues of Immigration, membership of the EU, and policies in Health, housing and education that will put "British people first" instead of treating you like second class citizens in your own Country. Election campaigning the LibLabCon way

Leaflets highlighting BNP members details have been distributed in some areas of Toton recently. Now, leaflets distributed during an election, by law, should have the printed and published imprint on, making them illegal.

So, just who is behind this latest stunt, well of course, high on the list of suspects are the local Labour funded Hate not Hope / Searchlies goons, (let me just state that it is not solely a Labour hobby, David Cameron openly endorses Searchlight). The hope of intimidating the local members there has backfired as all the said members have shown their determination to stand up to the political dirty tricks and have all signed the BNP nomination forms and we would like to thank them all.

Incidentally, one quick thinking member spotted the "getaway" car and has kindly passed on the vehicle registration number to us for future reference.

A PROMINENT district councillor and prospective parliamentary candidate has been axed from Notts Police Authority due to non attendance.

Coun Jason Zadrozny was dropped after the decision taken by the Authority's vice chairman Kamaljit Gill was confirmed at an authority business meeting last Wednesday.

The leader of the Liberal Democrat Group on Ashfield District Council, Coun Zadrozny is the prospective Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate for Ashfield.

He had been a council member of Notts Police Authority since last October.

Speaking earlier today Nottingham City Council leader Coun Jon Collins, chairman of the authority's recently created Change Management Board, said: "The rule under the authority's standing orders is that you have to attend a certain number of meetings and if you cannot you need to give apologies.

We expect a new Liberal Democrat council member of the authority to be appointed after the General Election."

Coun Zadrozny admitted his attendance record at police authority meetings had been poor, but said it was largely due to clashes with Ashfield District Council meetings and a lack of notice given to members of the authority over forthcoming meeting dates.

"We are three weeks away from a General Election and this is a political decision," said Coun Zadrozny.

"This is a prime example of the cosy consensus of Labour and the Tories who have been desperately trying to get rid of me.

"It does not surprise me one bit.

"I have worked on behalf of Nottinghamshire Police Authority every single day, on the phone to or at meetings with police officers.

"I'm not going quietly an I still think policing is dire in Nottinghamshire. I've not seen anything in all these reviews about how it will be fixed. The only thing I wanted to do was help improve policing and reduce crime."

Brinsley Carnival 2009

Brinsley Carnival began over 50 years ago and is still going strong. Offering a fabulous days entertainment held by the community, in the Community, for the community.

The whole event is funded by generous donations from local business and fundraising events by the village. Even though several groups, including Broxtowe's Chinese New Year, receives funding towards their celebrations, Brinsley Carnival does not.

Several local groups, Friends of Brinsley Headstocks, Scouts, etc, hold stalls, this giving them chance to raise awareness about their group and to raise funds.

The event kicks off around midday with a fancy dress parade from Hall Lane along Church Walk, and on into the village playing field, where prizes are awarded for the winning float.

Main arena entertainment includes, crowning of the Carnival Queen, a dog handling display, dog show, motorcycle stunt teams, belly dancing, fun fair, plus lots more. At 3pm a flypast of the spectacular Dakota rounded off the days events.

Although there were no wins in Broxtowe, we all feel we pulled off a credible result which has been achieved on a tight budge by local fundraising and meetings.

We all look forward to the Euro Election results on Sunday night.

Broken European ballot box seals in Broxtowe

At 10pm Thursday 4th June both Cllr Dave Brown and Cllr Nina Brown went into the polling station at Brinsley Parish Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley firstly for Dave, the BNP Beauvale candidate to place his vote being the last voter in there and secondly to secure official BNP seals onto two of the ballot boxes. After Dave placed his vote in the box, the boxes were sealed with the council seals. As the County Council ballot papers were being placed into nylon "linen style" boxes with zips, we were unable to find anywhere to secure the seals, so we sealed the European Ballot Boxes which were both plastic along with Council seals. Both boxes with intact seals were photographed.(as below).

On arriving for the count at The Pearson Centre in Beeston at 10am Friday 5th June we both noticed that the seals we had secured the night before had both been broken. We immediately alerted the Returning Officer, Ruth Hyde, who after looking at the seals she tried to assure us that the boxes had been stored securely below Beeston Town Hall in a room with security keypad, she then questioned whether we knew how to tie the seals properly. After a few minutes with no solutions, the Returning Officer went on to say that as she made the decisions the count would continue regardless. At this point Cllr Dave Brown stated he did not want the boxes touching as he would be calling in the police.

It was at this point that Beauvale BNP candidate Dave Brown left the room to phone the police. The boxes remained untouched. Cllr Nina Brown remained to watch the Beauvale count.

Two police officers arrived around approximately 45 minutes later, after looking at the two broken seals, they stated they could not verify whether the seals had broken or had been deliberately cut. Cllr Dave Brown asked that the seals be taken by the police.

After receiving a written statement from the Returning Officer Ruth Hyde, the boxes were opened and the European ballot papers verified.

That is where the situation stands at present, we will keep you updated.

Better result here, comparing to the 2005 result shows Conservatives down 532, Labour vote down 1433, Lib Dems down 114, we picked up 189 votes. Although not a win we are pleased with the result. Hopefully next time.

The main BNP website is currently down due to a massive Denial of Service Attack. The site was attacked last night, at one point dealing with 28 million hits, but we managed to block out the traffic which was emanating from Eastern Europe and Russia.

The size of the assault today is unparalleled and there is no doubt that whoever has organised this has had to pay out a serious amount of money to the criminal underworld.

On Friday the servers of Clear Channel, part of a huge conglomerate that provides billboard advertising, suffered a similar attack. Their IT professionals tracked the criminal activity back to a notorious "anti-fascist" organisation openly aligned to the Labour Party and supported by the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats. This organisation was protesting at the decision by Clear Channel to allow the BNP to display advertising in support of our European Election Campaign.

As a consequence of the criminal actions against Clear Channel we understand that their legal team is currently in the process of issuing writs against the perpetrators which as well as civil actions will involve the possibility of potential criminal charges including racketeering.

Broxtowe MP forced to apologise for Taliban slur

With sleaze and corruption allegations now enveloping Gordon Brown and the Labour Party, it seems the strain is beginning to show with local MP's desperate to hold on to their seats by slurring opposition candidates.

BROXTOWE Labour MP Nick Palmer is being forced to apologise for a remark about a parliamentary candidate after he was threatened with legal action.

Mr Palmer used his email blog to claim his Liberal Democrat rival, David Watts, would have supported sending aid to the repressive Taliban regime in Afghanistan.

The Taliban, which ruled the country until late 2001, was notorious for its cruel and repressive rule, particularly towards women.

The row first emerged at a public debate held in Kimberley involving Mr Palmer and Mr Watts, as well as Conservative parliamentary candidate, Anna Soubry.

Then, in his regular email, sent this week, Mr Palmer said: "The LibDem candidate told our debates that he thinks we should have sent foreign aid to the Taliban after 9/11. He pointed to the 'love thy enemy' injunction in the Bible – well, yes, but it doesn't actually say 'send thy enemy a cheque'.

"Much though I favour well-monitored foreign aid, the murderous and misogynist Taliban don't seem suitable recipients."

Mr Watts, who is a lawyer, reacted with fury and immediately emailed the MP demanding a retraction and apology.

He wrote to Mr Palmer: "What you have said about me here is totally untrue and is a vile smear. Moreover, it is something that you have said before in one of our debates and had to accept you were wrong then.

"I said that I would have sent aid to Afghanistan. I have never said that we should send aid to the Taliban."

Mr Watts, who is also a Liberal Democrat councillor on Broxtowe Borough Council, argues that foreign aid could have been directed to the Afghan people without benefit to the Taliban.
He highlights other cases when aid has been sent to people in countries such as Burma, Zimbabwe, and Palestine.

Mr Watts wrote to Mr Palmer: "A clarification will not be enough. I insist on a full and unreserved apology and retraction immediately, and I regret that if you will not do so I will be forced to take legal action. This is no empty threat – the comments you have made are a vile smear and I cannot allow them to stand."

Faced with legal action, Mr Palmer has been forced to back down. He has drafted a statement to send out on his blog, in which he proposes to withdraw "unreservedly" his remarks and apologise.

Mr Palmer told the Post: "I am obviously keen that we get a correct understanding of what was said. We are discussing the issue and we hope to agree on a statement."

Mr Watts said: "Provided I get a wording we are happy with, and I think we are more or less there, that will be the end of it. I am very disappointed he said it in the first place."

Mr Palmer has held Broxtowe since the 1997 General Election. It promises to be hard fought next time around, with the Conservatives targeting the seat.

Broxtowe BNP call for resignation of Brinsley Borough Councillor

Broxtowe BNP are calling for the resignation of Broxtowe Borough Councillor Sadie Graham-Single with leaflets distributed throughout the village of Brinsley.

Sadie was elected to the Brinsley Ward in May 2007 as a BNP Borough Councillor. However, after a sudden unexplained change in political stance in December 2007, Cllr Graham had her BNP party membership terminated.

After leaving Brinsley recently, she has resigned her unpaid Parish Council seat, but still retains her Broxtowe Borough Council position.

Broxtowe BNP Group believe this situation to be unfair to the residents of Brinsley as Cllr Graham-Single no longer resides in the village. Therefore we believe she should now do the honourable thing by resigning her seat to give Brinsley residents the opportunity to elect another BNP Borough Councillor.

Both members, local supporters and some enquirers from the recent Greasley by election campaign attended to listen to East Midlands no 1 Euro election candidate, Reverend Robert West.

Local organiser Nina Brown spoke about the proposed closure of nearby Durban House Heritage Centre, which serves as a museum dedicated to famous Eastwood author and poet, D. H Lawrence and also as a museum to the coal mining history of the area. Broxtowe Borough Council want to make savings by slashing £60k from its £150k budget. We believe this to be an insult to the generations of families that we once employed in the local mining industry.

A policy manifesto presentation was given by Amber Valley Borough Councillor Lewis Allsebrook and a question and answers session ended the afternoon. Over £200 was taken in a collection.

Racism is not what you have been told!

I wanted to share with you an excellent article from the above organisation, which I think is important for everyone to be aware of. As the BNP election campaign intensifies, so will the smears and lies of the opposition.

Recent events in South Lincolnshire have raised awareness about the issues of mass migration, multi cultural divisions, excessive building and population over growth in this part of England. These have in turn heightened concerns about bigotry, prejudice and "positive" racial discrimination against the native population - by developers, gang masters and by Labour propoganda in the schools and colleges doing down our culture and identity. We here seek to inform local people about the shocking facts of mass immigration and to allay their fears about certain accusations which are made against them by persons who are poorly informed and who ought to know better.

A great deal of misinformation is being put out about what racism is. The media talk as if racism is where YOU do not wish to throw your country away or let it go down the drain. But such a definition is rather perverse. We in the Christian Council of Britain certainly think so. Racism is in fact the exact reverse of what you have been told. Racism is where someone seeks to destroy, oppress or subjugate a race or people in its own homeland and not where YOU try to preserve YOUR own culture and identity in what is after all YOUR country. Racism also includes denying that YOU are a people. But surely we native Brits, who have lived here for centuries, are just as much a people as all the other ethnic groups who have just come here. The British, surely do have the right to seek to preserve themselves (and their identity and culture) in their own country! That is not asking a great deal, is it?

It is not the British peole who are now colonising the Third World; rather it is the globe trotting banksters and the super rich who want to populate Britain with cheap labour from wherever just so that they can increase their short term profit margin. The result is that the native Brit is replaced in large chunks of his homeland and being displaced, by the same process, to the outer rim of his country and cities. Not very wise and not very Christian. Doesn't that make us the victims of racism at the hands of a massive tide of immigration? And it is now beginning to affect even the once quiet and peaceful areas of Lincolnshire. But how long will Lincolnshire remain tranquil an rural in the face of such a tidal wave coming soon near you? We are already seeing increased burdens on our countryside, schools, jobs, infrastructure, language services and police facilities - not to mention inflation busting increases in our council taxes to pay for the alleged benefit of all this.

Clearly it would be wrong to blame the mass wave of migration on the migrants and immigrants themselves. They are just being used as cheap labour for those who already have too much. The only body really to blame are the politicians who seem to lack both the insight and foresight to avoid forseeable evils. The three main cringe parties Labour, Lib Dem and CONservative) present such a tidal wave as if it were "enrichment" and will bully you with talk of "racism" if you are not convinced by such slick and ridiculous talk. Our answer to this is that they need to get a brain and whilst they are at it, they need to get a backbone too!

70% of the British people want an end to this tidal wave and over 55% of the Black Minority Ethnic population agree - even though they are immigrants or the descendants of recent immigrants, themselves. They can see, as well as we can, that Britain is full up, and divided enough as it is. It is now time to say "NO" to such a tidal wave and to do our bit to make Britain our home once again - it is the only home we have got.

This is the Christian thing to do, as well. It is because of this that the Christian Council of Britain has stepped in to provide a decent and sensible answer. That answer must come from Christianity's great source book, the Holy Bible and NOT from Church leaders, however wise or foolish. The answer found in the Bible is very clear and sensible: we should start to value our country and not throw it away. It is a precious gift from God which is not to be thrown back at Him nor turned into a world waste paper basket for the ruin of all and everyone. We should certainly help foreigners where we can but this is best done by helping them to make the most of their own countries - which are now independent, it should certainly not be at the cost of ruining our own country.

The Holy Bible is quite clear - in both the Jewish Old Testament and the Christian New Testament - that it is the will of God that we should live in our nations and that each nation is to have its own country. This is for all peoples, including our own - the people who have made Britain what it is. Marxists, and other ill informed persons, like to call this racism - not realising that it is in fact the exact opposite!!!

So, remember that the next time some ill-informed person tries to call you something nasty for being both decent, normal and reasonable - they are the ones who best fit the bill, without them even realising it! Not very clever and not very Christian!

Battle for Britain Roadshow 2009

Last night saw around 200 patriots descend on a venue in Coventry to celebrate the launch of the BNP's 2009 European Roadshow Campaign. 1940's war time era was the theme of the evening (the tickets being replica ration vouchers), with a sing along of wartime songs and speeches from the Party Chairman Nick Griffin.

An extremely moving film from BNPtv showing the history of the British Isles and its indigenous people, and how the traitorous establishment is destroying everything our forefathers fought and died for, not a dry eye could be found in the room.

The message from the Party Chairman was that 2009 will indeed be the year of the BNP and that this is just the end of the beginning.

For too long the British National Party,its members and the British people as a whole have been vilified, mocked and downtrodden except, that is, when it comes to taxes.

The time of the British National Party is coming, the British people have had enough it is time our country was returned to its rightful owners.

We are not too disappointed with the result, considering the adverse publicity the BNP has had locally in recent months. Our main objectives are the European elections in June in which to have an East Midlands MEP elected we require a 13% vote share in the region as a whole, which we achieved in Greasley alone, a well known Tory stronghold.

On a more positive note, during the campaign Broxtowe has received 33 membership enquiries (the total of the UKIP vote) which will be followed up with home visits with party literature. To turn these enquiries into new members and future activists will be a fantastic achievement.

We would like to congratulate Penny Spenceley-Stevens for becoming the new Conservative Councillor for the Greasley ward and wish her all the best in her new role.

The old school LIB/LAB/CON politicians in Broxtowe are holding a series of debates between their parliamentary candidates. Broxtowe BNP contacted both Nick Palmer (Broxtowe Labour MP) and prospective Conservative MP Anna Soubry, to see if our Parliamentary Candidate would be invited to join the debate, to which we received a resounding NO, apparently because the BNP holds no seats in the Broxtowe Parliamentary area.

As the BNP won a seat on Broxtowe Borough Council in Brinsley, which is part of the Ashfield Parliamentary area, that does not count. We pushed both Nick Palmer and Anna Soubry (the Conservative General Election Rival) but both were insistent that they were unwilling to share a stand with the BNP. So what exactly are they afraid of?

The second in a series of 4 debates brought together the activists (and maybe a non-aligned member of the public) of the 3 old School parties in one room. All 40 of them! Yes that’s right the three main parties can’t muster more than 40 people between them. The last local BNP meeting in the Broxtowe area attracted over 100 people. Such a low turn out seems to suggest that nobody is interested in what the LIBLABCON have to say. So what out of touch things are the above threesome and their followers saying to put off and distance people. Here’s some examples from the meeting:-

NICK PALMER: “DO NOT PANIC, If you are under direct threat [of being made redundant] talk to the support services available, talk to the bank, and as your MP, I will do my best to advise people on retaining and other options” So what has happened to the jobs we’re already trained in?!

ANNA SOUBRY “I think unemployment will be a real problem” Really how informative! Tell me something I don’t know?

DAVID WATTS “the best thing we can do is get rid of this government” So what will you do when Labour are gone then?!

LIBLABCON ACTIVIST “The most significant thing discussed was Gaza” This affects Broxtowe? How?!

It first started out as the East Midlands Club but after the sad passing of John Peacock, our Regional Organiser in the difficult years of the late 80s and 1990s, it was renamed in his honour. John Peacock was a Nationalist through and through and sacrificed so much for the party in the East Midlands which makes being part of a club that honours his name extremely worth while.

The Peacock Club has helped put us in a position in the East Midlands where we have a good chance of European electoral success this June; we are nearly at our target of being able to deliver a glossy A4 leaflet to the 2.15 Million houses across the region. Broxtowe Borough Council propose plans to close Durban House Heritage Centre in Eastwood

Broxtowe Borough Council have announced plans to slash £60,000 from its budget and are considering plans to close Eastwood's Durban House Heritage Centre which houses exhibitions of the works of D.H Lawrence and also the local area's mining history.

Supporters of the Heritage Centre have claimed the closure of Durban House "would be a loss to the literary world, the mining community and future generations of schoolchildren that visit the centre."

Dr Sean Matthews, on the DH Lawrence Society Board and head of the DH Lawrence Research Centre at the University of Nottingham, said: "There's very little information being made available by Broxtowe Borough Council. These are discussions that seem to be taking place behind closed doors about an amenity that's a public facility.

Leader of the council, Coun Michael Rich, said the budget proposal was only made last week. "I have no doubt that stakeholders including members of the public who currently fund Durban House from council tax will have the opportunity to make representation," he said.

Fred Skillington, a 77-year-old former miner from the town, says he is offended by the plans.

"It's very important because the new generation haven't seen any pits, I grew up with pits all around me, they should be remembered," he said.
"It's part of our background and heritage."

Teaching courses for staff are also held at Durban House. Jane Ratcliffe is assistant head teacher at Greasley Beauvale Primary School where DH Lawrence was once a pupil and later a student teacher.

She said: "We feel it offers a versatile and invaluable educational experience outside the classroom.

"The younger children in year one and two have gone down to Durban House to learn about the Victorians.

"The year sixes hold art exhibitions there and it's a great place.
"I'd be sad to see it go, it's not good for the community – what would it become if it did close down, is it going to be another derelict building?"

The budget plans will be discussed by the council's cabinet on Tuesday, before being finalised by full council in March.

We would suggest if Broxtowe Borough Council needs to cut its costs, instead of targetting the area's history and heritage, which attracts international interest and tourism, I would suggest it starts by cutting its 28 page booklet devoted entirely to the Polish community. A community, which it seems Broxtowe are actively encouraging into the Borough at a time when Britain has 2 million unemployed.

A brief history of Durban House

Durban House itself, which is situated in Eastwood was built in 1896 for the Barber Walker mining company,it was once the wages office of Brinsley Colliery where D.H Lawrence's father worked, this is where the young "Bert Lawrence" would collect his father's pay packet. The house was later turned into a mining officials institute complete with a concert hall, billiard table and library, before being turned into flats, after the flats closed, the house remained derelict for several years.

Durban House has been fully renovated, reopening in 1998, and now contains 'talking' exhibits of the life and times of Lawrence, and also the original court copies of Lawrence's most controversial novel, Lady Chatterley's Lover.

I apologise for the lack of posts recently, there has been a very good reason, Broxtowe BNP have been extremely busy working in the Greasley (Giltbrook and Newthorpe) ward where our candidate Wayne Shelbourn will contesting the Greasley by election, to be held on Thursday 26th February. Also in the running are the Conservatives, Labour, UKIP and Lib Dems.

We have been working extremely hard in the area and I would like to thank everyone that has so far helped out with our campaign, that goes to fellow BNP members and activists in Broxtowe, Amber Valley, Ashfield, Bolsover and Nottingham.

In relation to my previous post which shows in black and white (excuse the pun) that racism is alive and well in Britain today but only if you are white working class, I have recently received a job application form for a national company. Ironically the Equality form which was included in the pack clearly states that if I am white, British, I will excluded from the selection process. (Click the image to enlarge it).

However, nowhere on the form does it state that anyone cannot be a member of the IRA, Animal Liberation Front, Al Qaeda or any other crank religious fanatic or Islamic terrorist organisation. They clearly would be permitted to work for this company.

Surely this cannot be legal? Personally, I am no terrorist, neo nazi, criminal or anything else that would seemingly jeopardise this company's interests. I am a member of a legal British political party. How am I a threat? It is because I represent a party that threatens to push corrupt noses out of troughs, I oppose the warped agenda that this government adheres to.

So the policy is racial equality and harmony is it? It is a shame the very same government did not enforce racial equality and harmony on the vile mobs rampaging through our cities streets over the last week or so in so called "protests" over the Gaza situation.

My last two posts clearly shows that racism is evidently alive and well if you are white and working class in Nu Labour's Britain and would continue to be so under a Blue Labour Britain.

So would I really want to work for such an openly discriminatory and racist organisation anyway? As they say, I will be keeping their details on file for future reference.

There is only one way to end discrimination against our own people, by voting BNP in the County elections and the Euro elections in June!!!

All that is good, and kind, and honest, and generous, in the British nation, is being steadily, surreptitiously, and stealthily replaced with all that is evil, and bad, and dishonest, and corrupt, in Europe.

The British democratic principle, in which the people are sovereign and the state is the servant of the people, is being exchanged for the traditional, undemocratic, totalitarian, European way, where the state is sovereign and the people are the subjects of the state. The unsuspecting British people are being led by their Monarch, supported by her Parliament, the Establishment, the Judiciary, and the Church into the bleak abyss of the oppressive, Franco German EU Reich.

Over the past forty to fifty years the Queen, and her successive governments, have prepared the way for the destruction of this nation by eroding, to their virtual termination, our base industries, vehicle production, ship building, steel, coal, farming, and fishing. The supremacy of the people's territorial waters has been surrendered, along with the supremacy of their Constitution, their laws, and their right to self-government.

The Queen has co-operated with her governments in the dismantling of the nation's defence forces to a dangerously low level, and the deliberate, and enforced, introduction of practices to the detriment of good order and discipline.
Over the past twenty years, or so, the Queen, and her governments, have removed the police from the community and distanced them from the people by means of centralisation of controls, in the preparation of creating a state police to uphold state policy when the EU Reich finally usurps the last vestiges of the peoples sovereignty.

The Queen, and her governments, have, by ignoring the Constitution, introduced devolution, and regionalised England in preparation for the final dismantling of the nation state, and its absorption into the EU Reich of the Regions, in accord with the German Lander system.

Further to this preparation, the Queen by tacit consent, allowed her governments to decimalise the nation's ancient coinage, to make the use of European measurements compulsory, and to make it a criminal offence for British subjects to use their traditional measurements, which the Queen swore to protect and uphold at the time of her coronation.

All these things the Queen, and her governments, supported by Parliament, the Establishment, the Judiciary, and the Church, have forced upon the British people, introduced by lies and deceitful means, aided and abetted by the Queen, who in her state opening of Parliament speeches omitted to announce to the people that it was the intention of her government to engage in actions that can, and must be, seen as acts of treason against the state.

All these things which have been, and are still being, unlawfully denied the British people, their inalienable right to be a free, and independent people, self-governing, and of self-political determination, the supremacy of their Constitution, and their laws, their rights to fish their lawful territorial waters, their rights to use their own traditional weights and measures, and to decide what foreigners may live in their land, the Queen swore to protect, and uphold, in the sight of God, at the time of her coronation.

At the very least the British people have a right to know why the Queen has reneged on her coronation oath to her people, and so broken the contract she made with them when they entrusted her with the Crown, and made her the Head of State and Governor of the nation, and placed the nation's Armed Forces, and the civil police, under her command, and made her the Governor of the nation's Church.

If the Queen continues to refuse to explain her actions, and non actions, and continues to endorse Parliament's unlawful use of power to further the destruction of the nation state, and refuses to recognise and uphold the people's lawful right to secure a remedy for the unlawful actions already engaged in by Parliament, then the people have a lawful right of redress, under Article 61 of the Magna Carta, which they may secure by any means at their disposal.

If the people fail to force the Queen's hand in this regard, then it is doubtful if the British nation will last another decade.

Broxtowe Euro Fundraiser held in Brinsley

Just over £400 was raised last night by Broxtowe BNP towards the East Midlands Euro Election funds.

Despite the media spotlight being on Brinsley in the last few days following the arrest of both Sadie Graham and Matt Single on Thursday night, many local people and some even travelling further afield from Leicester and Shropshire to support the event.

Live music was provided by popular local band, The Spitfires, followed by an auction of various items, including his and hers "I'm on the list!" t shirts (pictured below) Erewash activist Ady Wood donated a selection of patriotic leadworks.

The Broxtowe Group would like to express thanks to everyone that contributed to the event, especially to Wayne and Anne for allowing us to take over their pub for the evening and providing the buffet.

A special thanks going to our local police who kept a discreet distance despite concerns that the event may be disrupted by the usual suspects on the political opposition.

Ex BNP Councillor arrested

A councillor who was kicked out of the BNP last year has been arrested in connection with the unauthorised release of the party's membership list.
The Post understands Sadie Graham was one of two people arrested by Notts police officers last night.

Several police cars and a number of officers remain outside a property in Church Lane, Brinsley.
Coun Graham, now an independent nationalist at Broxtowe Borough Council, was dropped from the BNP in December last year.
A spokeswoman for Dyfed Powys Police said: "We can confirm that Nottinghamshire Police arrested two people as part of a joint investigation with Dyfed Powys Police and the Information Commissioner's Office in conjunction with alleged criminal offences under the Data Protection Act.

"The arrests followed an investigation into a complaint received about the unauthorised release of the BNP party membership list."
The spokeswoman said that an army bomb disposal team was called to the address in Brinsley after a suspicious item was found during a police search of the same property.

She added: "This was purely a precautionary measure and the item was declared safe, with no further reaction required."
The BNP membership list was published on an internet blog last month and was removed after complaints from the party.

It featured more than 12,000 names including addresses, jobs and contact details.
The BNP says the list was based on its 2007 membership list, although a number of names of people who were not, or are not, party members had allegedly been added.
The party said it obtained an injunction at the High Court in Manchester earlier this year, banning the publication of the list.
Speaking last night, a BNP party spokesman said: "Police have confirmed they have arrested two people in the Nottinghamshire area."

Coun Graham left the BNP last year for allegedly being involved in the writing of an internet blog which the BNP claimed had aimed to "attack and smear fellow party officials".

Her expulsion was not heard before a panel and she appealed. At the time, she said: "I am absolutely disgusted by the way they have treated me when I have done nothing but work hard for the party and have been responsible for bringing them forward in the East Midlands.

The desperation of the Marxist opposition is evident judging by the leaflets that have been distributed in the Beeston, (Nottinghamshire) area. Broxtowe BNP has received a number of calls from members describing in detail the cowardly tactics of the leafleters, posting leaflets through letterboxes and quickly scurrying away. They really didn't need to bother, what they should have done is sent the leaflet through to Broxtowe BNP, we would have published the leaflet with pleasure, as that is how confident we are of how much attention your lies receive. Just in case you didn't know, many Organisers hope for anti BNP leaflets going out during election campaigns as it is a well known fact they have an adverse effect and actually bring us votes. That is because the British people despise being told what they can and cannot do, but Labour wouldn't know that because they no longer listen to, or care, what the British people want.

After the excitement over the publishing of the year old membership list a week ago, it has become evident the lengths the exteme left will go to to oppose democracy in Britain. My main concern locally was for one young family man receiving numerous silent calls and one chilling threat to burn down his house and kill his wife and young children. Is this the price we have to pay to ensure our country remains in British hands? Is the price we have to pay to ensure our children and their children are not treated as second class citizens in their own country? Is this the price we have to pay to ensure our elderly do not have to make the stark choice of whether to freeze to death or starve to death this winter?

The British National Party is made up of people that have said enough is enough, they have put their heads above the parapet, they are not afraid of threats, intimidation, outrageous smears, lies or anything else these extreme anti democratic fascists throw at them. The more they throw, the stronger we become. They have tried every trick in the book to break us, but time after time they all end up shooting themselves in the foot. The result of the meticulously planned operation has been a huge rise in membership renewals, new memberships, upgrades from ordinary standard membership to Gold membership status.

Another ex Labour Councillor defects to BNP

Over 60 people attended the inaugural meeting of the new Bolsover BNP Group on Thursday night in Langwith. Not a bad turnout considering it was all done by word of mouth. Local residents turned out to support the new group lead by Paul Harford an Ex Labour Town Councillor for 14 years. Paul says, "I was a member of the Labour Party for 18 years, but they no longer represent the British people. It is time the hard working taxpaying people of Britain could vote for a Party that put their interests first."

The once thriving the ex mining community was brought to its knees during the 80's by closure Shirebrook and Langwith pits putting hundreds of local people out of work.

Hope appeared briefly on the horizon in 2006, when Sports World began developing a huge factory outlet in the area only to be quickly dashed when realisation that the jobs would only be made available to cheap Eastern European workers. Read the Mansfield Chad Newspaper report here

The meeting was opened by Shirebrook contact, David Key who spoke about his reasons for joining the BNP and how as an ex miner, he feels let down by past and present governments, how local people have been ignored for too long and how the British people as a nation are becoming second class citizens in their own country. He urged local people to stand together, which many did by joining the Party on the night, others took home membership forms for family members and friends.

Next to speak was John Ryde, East Midlands Press Officer, followed after a break and collection, by Geoff Dickens the East Midlands Regional Organiser, who both stressed the importance of supporting the new group and helping out by becoming active members.

A collection and raffle combined raised over £120, of which some will be put towards local leaflets for forthcoming recruitment drives.

NB. Paul says since our meeting the phone has not stopped ringing with people wanting to join and to find out how they can become active.

Membership List Leak - Statement from Party Chairman, Nick Griffin

A number of members have expressed concern over the ‘leak’ of an old BNP membership list onto several crank internet forums. The list is essentially genuine, but has been slightly modified.
Presumably in an attempt to cause further mischief, it appears that a number of individuals who were not at the time, or who are not and never have been members of the party, have been added.
The vast majority of names and addresses on it are, however, from the November 2007 membership and skills list kept by a former head of administration of the party. This is the same list that was used to send via snail mail the bogus British Nationalist members’ bulletins last December and January.
Detailed analysis by our membership department proves conclusively that the core list dates from between 30th November and 2nd December 2007.
We have already sent formal demands to the web hosts to remove the list, pointing out to them that the fact that the publication of this year-old list constitutes Contempt of Court because a court order preventing its release or use was made and consented to by the group of disgraced former employees who first misappropriated it.
The web hosts’ legal department has already acknowledged receipt of our detailed analysis and demands. A solicitor has been asked to consider the implications of this for the final stages of that legal action, which is still not concluded, and we will be taking advice as to what can be done by way of enforcement of the Contempt of Court order.
One good thing here is that even former doubters will now be able to see that we were absolutely right to take court action, regardless of the potential cost, in order to try to secure our members’ right to privacy. While we regret that this has now failed, we did at least try, and we have since radically changed procedures to avoid a repeat of this problem in the future, as well as getting rid of the staff members behind this disgraceful act of treachery.
We have also already made a complaint to Dyfed-Powys Police and will be giving formal statements shortly to support our demand for a serious and thorough police investigation into a series of very serious potential crimes, including breaches of the Data Protection Act, theft and receipt of stolen goods, and breaches of the Human Rights Act. Unless those involved have been extremely careful to cover their tracks, they are liable to find themselves in very serious trouble - and in prison.
Although it is not normally our practice to either confirm or deny whether any individual is a member, in the case of any of those whose names have apparently been maliciously added to this list suffering any problems as a result we will gladly confirm their non-membership status.
Genuine members who are concerned over possible problems that could arise may like to note that even the leftist bigots of the General Teaching Council accepted openly at Adam Walker’s disciplinary hearing yesterday that he had every right to be a teacher and a member of the British National Party. The fire service has already accepted the same point.
While the GTC’s use of a technical infringement of a rule that Adam had never been told about is obviously motivated by political malice, the fact remains that police officers and prison warders are the only people whose jobs involve a specific (and probably illegal) ban on them being members and candidates as long as they do not bring their politics into the workplace.
The recent Equality Act makes it clear that discrimination against an individual on political grounds constitutes a breach of contractual employment law. In the highly unlikely event of any individual one of our many thousands of members being ‘exposed’ to their employers and suffering discrimination as a result, a substantial compensation pay-out will be on the cards.
We would recommend very strongly that anyone who believes this might become as issue for them joins the independent nationalist trade union Solidarity straight away. While leftist unions will turn their backs on - or even demand the persecution of - BNP members, Solidarity has already built up a great record of fighting and winning cases for its members. The time when our opponents could bully our people with impunity are now over, but our opponents haven’t quite cottoned on to this yet.
The timing and actual aim of this leak story is blatant: It was set running on Sunday evening, when the clique who co-ordinate virtually all anti-BNP campaigns would have been confident that the following day’s kangaroo court at the General Teaching Council would take away from Adam Walker his right to teach.
Had that been the result, the verdict would have been a big news story, which would have set things up perfectly for the follow-up publicity storm about thousands of BNP members being ‘exposed’ which would have broken over the rest of the week. Without a single person on the leaked list being persecuted purely for their views (because to do so is illegal), the public would have been left with the impression that the two stories were connected and that all of them would be hounded out like Adam was supposed to be on Monday.
Thanks to the shock legal victory by Adam Walker’s Solidarity union rep Pat Harrington, however, the GTC has, as has already been noted, been forced to confirm that there is no chance of him or anyone else being sacked for their political views or active involvement. So the leaked list story is going to fail to achieve anything except a fresh burst of great credibility publicity for the BNP.
It is also important for anyone who is a bit concerned to understand that there is nothing new here and that today’s news does not in fact reflect any real threat against any patriot. Thanks to the treachery of the now long-dissipated Searchlight-linked rebel faction, the entire list has not only already been bombarded with lie-filled anti-BNP propaganda, but it has also without doubt been available to the far-left for the best part of a year already.
Fortunately, however, the laws brought in to prevent animal rights extremists from harassing their opponents also serve as a huge deterrent to the use of such information to harass our members.
It is to be expected that the press will trawl the list for a nationwide version of the story which broke in the Guardian when their undercover journalist Ian Cobain provided them with details of BNP members in London back in December 2006.
At the time this led to a huge fuss not only about lead English Ballet dancer Simone Clarke, but also a member of staff at Buckingham Palace, medical practitioners, City high-flyers and other figures of note.
Once all the fuss had died down, not one of them had lost their job or suffered any other problem other than the worry to which they were unfairly subjected.
The story did, however, greatly aid our credibility and helped to break down the older image of the BNP as a party mainly for the northern working class. In the end, all such attempts to bully and intimidate our people blow up in the faces of our opponents. You can reassure any members who do come to you to express concern that this time won’t be any different.
Seasoned observers and switched-on members will recognise a clear pattern: Every December there’s a big push to try to put people off the huge ‘spike’ of members who are due to renew at the end of one year and the beginning of the next. Two years ago it was the Guardian infiltration leak, which blew up in their faces. Exactly a year ago, six months before the GLA election, there was a desperate attempt to destabilise the party and to hit our election war-chest by frightening people away - it failed and we made the big London Assembly breakthrough.
And this December, just six months before the proportional representation European Parliamentary elections give us the chance for a gigantic leap into the mainstream big-time, we get another leak intended to frighten the faint-hearted.
It was absolutely obvious that the sensational BNP by-election victory in Boston at the end of last week would spark a desperate reaction from the Establishment and their ‘plausibly deniable’ far-left allies. We effectively hoovered up the entire UKIP vote in that contest - in the area where they got their best result in the entire country in the last European elections.
This latest attack is not really directed against our own people, who are already tough-minded and know that nothing ever comes of this sort of bluster, so much as against the thousands of UKIPers who are thinking of joining us. It probably will frighten some of them, but it’s water off a duck’s back to the stout-hearts of the British National Party. Let’s enjoy the publicity bonus!

This appalling situation is not unique, British War veteran Marcus Kilpatrick found himself living rough in the back of his battered Land Rover, ironically just down the road from an asylum seeker Afghan woman and her seven children in a mansion at a cost of £12,458, paid by Ealing Borough Council, with taxpayers money.

Marcus 31, did not find himself on the receiving end of such generosity. After serving in the British Army for 12 years with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, he left last year to become a motor mechanic lecturer in London, subsequently he lost his job and became homeless after splitting up with his girlfriend. In yet another blatant display of anti white racism from this traitorous government they seek to yet again brainwash the masses by portraying the myth that ONLY whites are abusing the benefit system, we know this is simply not true.

We have no qualms in agreeing we have more than enough of our people scrounging from the British taxpayers, but they are not on their own, far from it.

We think it's about time they showed a stark warning that they are also closing in on illegal immigrants and bogus asylum seekers, but we won't hold our breath.

The daily papers today reporting of a "Shock victory for the BNP" not so much of a shock to the people that really do listen to the word on the street, the British people have had as much as they can take, they have had enough of the lies, deceit and treachery and are looking to the BNP for a real alternative.

Democracy in Broxtowe?

According to his latest newsletter, Broxtowe Labour MP Nick Palmer has challenged his Broxtowe Conservative opponent Anna Soubry to another political debate. According to the Conservatives, Anna Soubry would prefer candidates from all parties to take part. All parties except the BNP it seems. Broxtowe BNP did request an invite to take part in the first debate between Labour, Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats, but were turned down flat.

Anna Soubry

A pretty lame excuse if ever we've heard it. Judging by the latest Broxtowe Labour Party newsletter being circulated by Nick Palmer, they would only plan to debate with opponents of their choosing, no doubt on issues of their choosing.

To quote Nick Palmer....

She (Anna Soubry) accepted at the time, but subsequently I was told by the Conservatives that she would not agree to debate me on my own, and would prefer candidates from all parties to take part. I'd rather not organise a meeting with the BNP (I'm not one of those who tries to stop them speaking, but I draw the line at actually helping them get an audience), so we compromised on further three-party meetings.

Towards the end of 2007, Labour held a public meeting in Beeston, Nottingham on the controversial subject of Immigration. During this meeting, the guest speaker, Labour MP John McDonnell, Labour MP for Hayes and Harlington, told the audience (which included a handful local BNP representatives) that Britain should be doing a lot more for asylum seekers as the British people do not give nearly enough. Nick Palmer agreed that immigration was defintely a hot topic in Britain, but was unsure whether this was because there was too much, or too little of it.

This being the case Nick we would suggest the BNP be invited along to enlighten you. What are you afraid of? With the recent defection to the BNP of ex Labour Chairman of Ashfield District Council, Edward Holmes and former Chairman of Ashfield Conservative Association, the old excuses, the BNP are knuckle-dragging skinheads resorting to intimidation, no longer wash. You know very well they are simply a cross section of society voicing the concerns of the British people today.

The British National Party has launched White History Month this November in response to calls from the British public following yet another officially-endorsed Black History Month in October.

The BNP, its youth wing, the Young BNP, and its dedicated white British history web site, Britishpride.org, has launched a nationwide campaign for White History Month, starting on November 1st.

This campaign will consist of leaflets and campaign literature distributed across the country, with special emphasis on university towns and cities, with the aim of gaining support and recognition for White History Month.

The BNP’s advertising lorry, the Truth Truck, will also be utilised in this campaign.

The campaign is a response to the annual Black History Month held every October. Black History Month is endorsed by the government, politicians, the BBC and other state institutions. There are exhibitions, websites, events and initiatives in schools, universities, colleges, town halls and city centres in Britain and all over the world.

The BNP has no problem with anybody wishing to celebrate Black History Month, which allows Black people to celebrate their identity, explore their heritage and show pride in their achievements.

The BNP would like to see all races and nationalities doing the same thing. It is only with pride and knowledge of who we are and where we came from, that we will all learn to live together in this world.

This is why the British National Party, Youth BNP, Student BNP and our historical group British Pride, is giving its full support to official White History Month. During this month all White people around the world – and in Britain -- will celebrate will their history and heritage with pride.

The BNP hopes that White History Month will attract the same level of funding, public recognition and support from politicians and celebrities which Black History Month has drawn.

What about our rights?

Sirs: Not my words, unfortunately. I have added a few, but I would have loved for them to have all been mine.

Will we still be the country of choice, and still be our Great Britain, if we continue to make changes forced on us by people from far and wide who came to live in Britain because it was their country of choice? Think about it…

What I have to say is this: When will they do something about MY rights? I celebrate Christmas, but now because it isn’t celebrated by everyone we can no longer say Merry Christmas. Now it has to be Season’s Greetings. It’s no longer Christmas holiday, it’s Winter Break. Isn’t it amazing how this winter break always occurs over the Christian holiday? We’ve gone so far the other way, and we have bent over backwards to not offend anyone, that I am now being offended. But it seems no one has a problem with that….

This says it all: IMMIGRANTS, NOT BRITS MUST ADAPT. I am sick and tired of this PC government worrying about whether we are offending some individual or culture by us celebrating our own festivals. After the disgust about the attacks of 7/7 had just settled down, the politically-correct crowd began complaining about the possibility that our patriotism was offending others.

I am not against immigration, nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by coming to Britain. Our population is, after all, almost entirely made up of the descendants of immigrants: Danes, Romans, French, Dutch, Irish, etc. However, there are a few things that those who have recently come to our country — and apparently some born here — need to understand. This idea of the Brits being a multicultural community has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As Britons we have our own culture, our own society, our own languages, and our own lifestyle. This culture has developed over centuries of struggle, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom and many who died for it.

We speak ENGLISH, not Indian, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!

We are Christian by Constitution; we are not Buddhist, Shinto, Jewish, Janists, Sikh. We have a multitude of faiths in our land. They are welcome to practice their chosen religion in this country, and we don’t mind. Most do not try to foist their beliefs on us, or try to take over a Christian country. For hundreds of years we have (with a few nasty exceptions) lived in a multi-religious society. “Land of Hope and Glory” is our motto. This is not some Christian, right-wing, political slogan. We use this motto because Christian men and women, of Christian principles, founded this nation. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.

If the ‘Union’ flag offends you, or you don’t like our Queen, then you should seriously consider a move to another part of this planet. We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, and we really don’t care how you did things where you came from. This is OUR country, our land, and our lifestyle. Our laws give every citizen the right to express his opinion, and we will allow you every opportunity to do so! But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about our flag, our lifestyle our government, or our way of life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great BRITISH freedom: THE RIGHT TO LEAVE!

It is time for Great Britain to speak up. If you agree — pass this along. I think if we all keep passing this to our friends (and enemies) it will also, sooner or later get back to the complainers. Let’s all try,please?

School visit to Derby Mosque

Above as promised, the offending letter which I mention previously, it quite clearly shows the intention of the school (details of which I have omitted), to take the young children on a visit to a Derby mosque.

In no point in the letter does the Head Teacher mention the word Islam or Mosque, but the intention is clear. Why are they hiding this from the parents, not of teenagers, old enough to have their own opinion, but very young children.

Just what is going on in our British schools, why are our children learning about alien cultures and traditions before our own? I am sure this is now widespread practice and it comes on the day our own government has given the seal of approval for Sharia Courts to deal with divorce and family matters. It is one step away from Sharia ruling for crime and punishment also. Read the report here

Islam in British schools

An increasing number of British National Party groups nationally are receiving complaints from angry parents whose children are being taken, as part of their religion education, to visit local mosques.

Now this would be acceptable if the next visit was to a Jewish Synagogue, Christian church or Hindu temple, but it clearly isn't in the case we have been alerted to.

The complaint was that the letter his child brought home did not state their clear intention was to visit a mosque, it was simply disguised as a "day out to a visitors centre in Derby." The girls were told they must wear long trousers and wear a headscarf to cover their hair.

We would like to know how many Muslims are being told as part of their integration into our British way of life, they must, by law, visit a Christian church? Not many we would suspect, if any.

I have asked for the parent/s in question to forward the offending letter to us at Broxtowe, as soon as it is received, we shall post it on this blog.

If you suspect your child is being force fed Islam at school, you are unhappy about this but don't know what to do, you can, by law, withdraw your child from his/her religious lesson. Below is a template of a letter you can download and send to your child's head teacher.

You are doubtless aware that the right to withdraw children from RE lessons and religious worship in schools is unconditional and can even be exercised in schools that are religious in nature.

I am confident that I can count on you to take all necessary action to ensure that this formal request is complied with, but emphasize that I wish my child to continue to attend assembly except for the Collective Worship element.

Battle of Trafalgar - 21st October 1805

We couldnt let today slip by without paying tribute to our one true Naval hero, Lord Admiral Horatio Nelson.

The overwhelming victory over the French and Spanish fleet off Cape Trafalgar on 21 October 1805 gave the Royal Navy its most famous triumph and confirmed a long tradition of naval supremacy. The battle also immortalised the memory of Viscount Horatio Nelson, who was shot and died of his wounds at the moment of his greatest victory.

The naval campaign began as part of Napoleon Bonaparte's plan to invade Britain in the summer of 1805. Napoleon needed to gain control of the English Channel to allow his Grand Armée to cross. To achieve this he ordered the French fleet's three squadrons blockaded at Brest, Toulon and other ports to break out, meet in West Indies and then return as one fleet to gain control of the Channel.

In March the squadron of Admiral Villeneuve at Toulon was able to evade the British blockade, joined up with a Spanish squadron and left for the West Indies. Nelson learned of his departure on 10 April and was soon in hot pursuit. Villeneuve lost his nerve and immediately returned to Europe. After a minor battle off Cape Finisterre he was bottled up in Cadiz in Spain. Recognising that the invasion was now impossible, Napoleon marched his Grand Armée to meet the threat posed by Austria and Russia in the east.

Nelson's fleet of 27 ships of the line now waited for Villeneuve's force to emerge. The fleet was a high peak of fighting efficiency having been at sea blockading the French for almost two years. At the end of September, Nelson revealed his plan to his captains; the fleet would be split into two columns to break through the enemy line and overwhelm the centre and rear sections of the enemy's fleet.

On 19 October a British frigate watching Cadiz spotted the Franco-Spanish fleet leaving harbour. It consisted of 33 ships of the line including the 136 gun Santissima Trinidad, the largest ship in the world. Villeneuve's orders were to try to break into the Mediterranean.

The message was passed to Nelson's fleet, 48 miles off the coast and he ordered a general chase. By dawn on 21 October the British fleet was only 9 miles away from the enemy. At 1148 HMS Victory hoisted the famous signal 'England Expects That Every Man Will Do His Duty' followed by 'Engage the enemy more closely'. The two columns led by HMS Victory and HMS Royal Sovereign successfully pierced the enemy line firing into the bow and stern of enemy ships as they passed between them.

The fighting was severe and much of it was at close quarters. Many of the British ships were damaged, some seriously, including the HMS Victory which engaged the French flagship Bucentaure and the Redoutable. But Nelson's faith in the superior gunnery and ship handling skills of the British crews was fully borne out with the capture of 18 enemy ships including the Santissima Trinidad. Villeneuve had surrendered at 13.45 and despite renewed resistance by some Spanish ships the battle was over by 16.30.

A great storm blew up on 22 October and when it subsided only four enemy ships remained in British hands most having sunk. The total number of killed and wounded on both sides was about 8,500 whilst the British took about 20,000 prisoners. Nelson himself had been shot by a musket ball at about 13.15 and died around 16.30 when victory was assured.

So Immigration Phil Woolas is promising to curb immigration is he? Just how stupid do these people think we are? Time and time again (usually around election time) they come out with the same old rhetoric. There is now only one acceptable way to deal with Britain's problem of immigration and that is not just stopping it, but reversing it.

Jeune Afrique reports that this status, long desired by Morocco, implies “a gradual integration of the kingdom into the internal markets of the Union.”
“We fulfill the definition of Romano Prodi: ‘everything except the institutions,’” said Fassi Fihri, referring to the 2003 declaration of then president of the European Commission Romano Prodi who had said that the countries south of the Mediterranean could share with the EU “everything except the institutions.” “We’re getting close to the ‘everything’”, insisted the minister.Concretely, the new status provides for regular EU-Moroccan summits, the participation of Morocco in European operations of crisis management, and the creation of a “common economic space” similar to the European economic space that includes the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Questioned about when such an agreement could be implemented, Hugues Mingarelli, a leader in the European Commission, indicated that it was “impossible to determine a date,” because this negotiation not only means lowering the customs tariffs, but also adapting Moroccan laws to European rules, particularly those relevant to food safety".

East Midlands Regional Organiser Geoff Dickens opened Thursday night's meeting and introduced Amber Valley Organiser Cllr Lewis Allsebrook, who gave an impressive powerpoint presentation showing the progress made in Amber Valley during recent election campaigns, his hopes for the future and how we in both Ashfield and Broxtowe areas are working together closely to ensure future BNP successes in the region.

After a short break Greater London Assembly member Richard Barnbrook gave a rousing account of his experiences alongside London Mayor Boris Johnson and the rest of the Greater London Assembly. His almost word for word account of the recent proposed "amnesty" by all the main parties, including the environmentally unfriendly Greens, for all illegal immigrants currently residing in London. Richard being the only London Assembly member that spoke out against this appalling motion, giving a rather humourous account of the other parties horror reaction to his opposition, for this Richard receive a well deserved standing ovation.

A collection raised over £200 along with sales of Excalibur merchandise and a raffle, all funds raised during the evening will be going towards next year's Euro campaign in Amber Valley.

We believe that the communists and liberals currently in power are ruining our once great country. Everything they are doing is rapidly destroying the social cohesiveness, the sense of belonging and the pride in being British that we once took for granted. An open borders policy that has allowed every Tom Dick and Ali to declare they are British has taken away any instinctive feeling of what it means to belong to these islands, people settling here have taken the natural step of preferring to live ‘with their own kind’ and this has led to a divided society where all the different groups are competing to acquire advantages over others.

In their efforts to appease these conflicting cultures, the liberal left establishment have only exacerbated the demise of our society. A benefit for one community is seized upon by others who feel they are being neglected, so they are allowed a benefit, which in turn leads to more demands from other communities… and so it goes on.

This has resulted in the indigenous population being the ones most discriminated against, until recently being safe in their ‘majority’ status they haven’t made the same demands and received the same concessions as other groups. When anyone has queried this state of affairs they have been labelled as ‘racists’ – in a successful attempt to stifle debate.

Having just begun the tedious but necessary task of clearing out my email inbox, I came across an email that was forwarded to me a few months ago, I believe it was originally found on the Virgin Media website, anyhow, I have cut and pasted it for you to read below. It makes interesting reading.

Anyone that wants to know what happened to the treason laws and why, read this, admittedly it’s a bit long winded but well worth a read.

The abolition of Britain is illegal under the British Constitution, and the criminal acts of the Queen and her Ministers have included the worst acts of treason in history. They secretly repealed the treason laws in 1998 (hidden in s36.3 of the Crime and Disorder Act) to save their own necks. Since 1972 five European Union treaties have been signed abolishing our nation. As this is illegal under the British Constitution, our nation needed to be undermined with the methods listed below. The EU is succeeding exclusively through subversion by British traitors from inside the uk.

Traitor number 2. Edward Heath. Committed an act of treason by passing the 1972 EU Communities Act, which is the enabling act to abolish our nation. He then lied in his White Paper and in his speeches this Act would not abolish our sovereignty. He started the entire illegal EU process. The fact he was a lifelong member of the Deutsche VersicherungsDienst intelligence department was not discovered until his death.

John Major committed Treason with the Maastricht treaty; he also sold our main military and nuclear port, Devonport Dockyard, to Dick Cheney's Haliburton Corporation for peanuts, his bribe was to be European MD of the Bush family's Carlyle Weapons group, and $1 million pa for life, so he is definitely on the other side.

5. Margaret Thatcher committed Treason with the Single European Act. She is the only Prime minister who now regrets signing it. She's still guilty - a murderer who apologises only has a mitigating circumstance. She'll remain a traitor until her death. Like many top people on our side, she's developed heart problems and is too ill to help.
The above four people have all committed treason, and prosecutions were pending. Tony Blair's risk was the full force of the law for signing the Amsterdam Treaty amongst others. But in a stunning abuse of power, Tony Blair secretly repealed the treason laws, hidden in the Crime and Disorder Act, and the Queen signed it in 1998, saving both their necks.
There can be no worse criminal abuse of the law than this. .......To get off your own execution as a Prime Minister by repealing the law you are charged under........The newspapers and media missed it entirely.

6. John Prescott, John Reid, Peter Mandleson, Alan Johnson, about a dozen, now cabinet ministers. Communists who's allegiance in the 1960's was to the Soviet Union, switched their loyalty to the European Union in the 1970's; they've implemented the EU's Frankfurt school subversion, and the 111,000 EU regulations that are criminalising us all. Took control of the Labour party away from patriotic traditionalists.

7. Ken Clarke, Douglas Hurd, Michael Hesletine, Geoffrey Howe, Chris Patten, Francis Maude, David Cameron etc. Pro-Europeans who have seized control of the Conservative leadership, imposing their own agenda, ignoring the wishes of Conservative voters; they sabotaged representative democracy. A vote for the Conservatives has been a vote for the EU dictatorship for 34 years, these are the traitors responsible. The leaders of our three political parties get their orders from the European Union, not the British electorate, whom they neither serve nor care for. They've created a one party state: the three parties have almost identical policies, and all agree on the abolition of Britain by the EU.

8. Julia Middleton, Managing Director of the Common Purpose government agency. Trained 19,500 local government, quango and NHS "leaders" for what they chillingly call the "Post democratic era." Close to destroying the NHS, and local democracy, bytransferring power from councillors to the council executives, in preparation for the abolition of councillors with the EU regionalisation plan.Common Purpose is the number one subversive body outside Parliament. Its graduates include Janet Paraskeva, head of the law society and Cressida Dick, the senior police officer who, with the backing of EU corpus juris, single handedly threw away our right to life and common law with her shoot to kill policy, which is still in force today. She was responsible for the killing of Jean de Menezes in Stockwell tube amongst others, and, although she's a nobody and might be considered a murderer outside the police force, is getting breathtaking promotion, presumably to be appointed Chief of Police in this EU police state.

9. The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). In charge of the handover of power to the EU, controls Common Purpose. Has put a "Monitoring Officer" into every council in the land; they suspend councillors who speak out for the truth.

10. The Law Society, which I would prefer to call the Fraudulent Lawyers Protection Society on a local level, and the Constitutional Law Breaking Society on the national level. Top lawyers have refused to uphold the British Constitution or enforce our laws where the EU is concerned; the Law Society is a home for traitors. The very fact they had Janet Paraskewa, a Common Purpose leader at their head, shows how rotten they are.

11. Baroness Warnock, and a couple of hundred other dedicated senior subversives. Ruthless implementors of the German Frankfurt School's subversion on behalf ofthe EU. Over the last 40 years our churches and families have been undermined, with single parent and same sex parents encouraged, teachers have had their authority removed, sex and homosexual education is forced on many under 13s, and decades of political correctness have dumbed down our ability to speak out. The results fill our newspapers every day.

12. Our slovenly press and media. It is stunning that the press has missed all this, the biggest story in a thousand years. Truly the quality of our journalists is abysmal. No wonder the art of investigative journalism is dead. In the BBC's case it's simple sabotage, with hundreds of Common Purpose people in positions of power, only 25,000 traitors versus 60 million. In total there are about 25,000 dedicated subversives at all levels of society in Britain, helped by 100,000 useful idiots. To oppose them are 60 million British people. So why are they winning?

Because the subversion these traitors have so carefully implemented over the last 50 years has worked: The young have no interest in politics; churches are empty; people have stopped speaking out; the public now just accepts every control, regulation, indignity, injustice and rule without complaint.To defeat the EU you must expose these traitors in their constituencies, at their places of work, in the press, and tell as many people as you can what is happening. Having just returned from a much needed break in the Spanish sun in what we had hoped would be a complete break from the ever increasing stresses and worries of life in Britain today. Those hopes were somewhat dashed when we made the fatal mistake of finding we could watch Sky News in our hotel room, which meant we couldn't even briefly escape the financial horrors unfolding back home and the uncertainty of what the future will hold for us personally.

Amongst the usual holiday snaps I couldn't resist taking this photo, it was taken only a few hundred yards away from our hotel, I very much doubt it is the British ex pats they are referring to in this graffiti, which is rife right across the town. It only goes to prove to anyone currently toying with the idea of leaving Britain in the hope finding utopia, think again. We are certainly not alone with our problems and leaving Britain will only mean swapping one set of problems for another.

There is only one way to win this fight, that is by standing firm together, Britain is slowly being dismantled and sold off piece by piece to the highest bidder, our banks, our utilities, our football teams, the list grows day by day. By electing a British National Party government we MUST ensure our beloved country is returned once again to its rightful owners.

Activism in Broxtowe

Whilst leafleting in Stoke last week with a couple of Broxtowe members that had driven over to help out, they asked me if I minded them distributing leaflets in around their own areas, now these offers come around only once in a blue moon, so today I had a drive over to deliver a few hundred copies of the Voice of Freedom and a box of leaflets. No BNP leaflet has ever been distributed in this area before so it will be interesting to see the outcome.

We already have regular leafleting sessions in place and a vast area has been covered in Broxtowe already which has resulted in a fantastic response, but the further we can spread the word the better. The group is definitely growing, it is attracting a lot of interest, not only from our own activism but also just by talking to people, their dismay and fury about state of the country today and fear of what lies ahead. There is no longer trust in LibLabCon, people are now looking for an alternative. The BNP are that alternative.

Yet another hectic evening at yet another successful East Midlands meeting, this time the venue was in Ashfield. Mick Clarke the Ashfield Organiser chaired the meeting which saw "The return of Arthur Kemp" said to be the party's number one speaker. Arthur spoke at an Ashfield meeting earlier this year, he was so popular many people demanded his return. When you have heard one of Arthur's dynamic speeches you will understand why.

The evening began with Mick talking about the huge BNP interest in the Ashfield area, which has only really begun in the last couple of years when Mick took over the Ashfield Group, I was present at his very first meeting of which there were only a handful of people, this has since been transformed into a highly successful group with over a hundred present at tonights meeting. Second to speak was Selston Parish Councillor and Parent Governor, Darran Burke who spoke about his experiences when first being elected onto a Parish Council, he recalls initially being treated with caution and how perceptions quickly changed with other councillors contacting him for help. Their misconceptions regarding both him and the BNP totally unfounded.

Arthur, as usual, had everyone mesmerised as he spoke about the way in which the British people have suffered years of anti white racism from the rotten establishment. He spoke about the recent looney left protest at the Chinese invasion of Tibet destroying the Tibetan culture and heritage, saying that the invasion is disgusting and immoral ....er can they really not see the irony? Yes it is disgusting, but why is mass immigration and why are illegal asylum seekers welcomed with open arms into Britain? Proof in itself that there is an unmistakable agenda here to destroy our British culture, heritage and freedom. Something that cannot and will not be allowed to happen. Anyone that endorses this daily anti white racism in several guises, as the Black Police Association, Miss Black Great Britain. Black Firefighters Association, Asian Police Association, etc etc etc. spits on the graves of the thousands upon thousands of young men that gave their lives to ensure the freedom of this country.

At the end of the meeting Arthur auctioned a signed copy of his book "The March of the Titans" which raised £70 for the Ashfield Group along with £200 taken during the collection.

Several of us travelled over to Derby last night to attend yet another successful local BNP meeting, chaired by Angie Fearns from the Derby Group. Around 50 people attended which included a Derbyshire Telegraph journalistSpecial guest speaker was the Party Chairman Nick Griffin who spoke about the current devastating financial crisis in Britain, the breakdown of our society which has without a doubt been deliberately manipulated by past and present governments over the last 30 or so years. He also spoke about our communist based establishment's ideology which they think gives them a legitimate right to abolish our basic freedoms. They believe their no borders policies will save the world from any future wars. Wrong! The railroaded EU treaty will be just one reason that will cause massive civil unrest across Europe, but don't worry the EU elite already have that one covered in the guise of our EU State Police Force who will eventually replace our own localised forces, but they will be controlled from Brussels.

It had been reported about a year ago in the Times by Admiral Chris Parry, Head of the Ministy of Defence's Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre, that the end result of Labour's (and Tories) wonderful multicultural "experiment" will end in a bloodbath. No ifs or buts, the end result of this enrichment nightmare will be the total collapse of our society which will be akin to the collapse of the Roman Empire. When we talk of this we don't mean in generations to come, but in the next 5 - 7 years. Worrying stuff.

Broxtowe leafleting sessions

Stoke Day of Action in memory of Keith Brown

Around 15 of us from Ashfield, Amber Valley, Broxtowe and Derby made our way to Stoke yesterday morning to provide support for the Day of Action organised to highlight the disgusting sentencing handed out to Habib Khan after he murdered BNP activist Keith Brown. As I said previously this was not a one of incident, this is happening with alarming regularity up and down the country, racist crimes which sees non whites as the perpetrators and whites as the victims being hushed up and conveniently swept under the carpet. This has to end and today is the day the British people say that Enough is Enough, this cannot be allowed to continue. We are not asking for anything extra, no special treatment just recognition from the police, the courts and the British media that racism is not exclusive to whites and when a crime is committed by a non white they are brought to justice in the same way if it were the other way round.

The planning for the whole day appeared slick and professional, the only problem I heard about was more people turning up at the rendezvous than had been expected, which put the organiser in a brief panic. All groups were given pre arranged meeting places, as we arrived at ours we were immediately greeted by a security car and driver equipped with maps and leaflets we loaded up and off we went. We all reported receiving a warm response from residents in our designated areas. We found out afterwards that around 50 members of the public had stopped and asked if they could help out, I have yet to find out how many people joined the party yesterday, but several activists reported that they had received enquiries and our Birmingham Organiser told me afterwards that soon after he pushed a leaflet through a letterbox a guy rushed out of the house waving the application form at him wanting to join on the spot. I hope we find out how many enquiries and new members were received throughout the day.

After three solid hours of leafleting we met up and were taken to the rendezvous point for the rally, after a brief detour due to a brand new road and my TomTom not being updated, we eventually arrived and were immediately greeted by a sea of flags and placards. I would estimate easily around 500 people already there when we arrived with several more car loads arriving long after. We stood briefly on a grass bank overlooking the main A50 where we saw Keith Brown’s widow being interviewed by Simon Darby and witnessed several passing cars sounding their horns and cheers in support.

As we made our way over to the Truth Truck, we saw the Party Chairman Nick Griffin and one of the Stoke Councillors, Alby Walker, being interviewed by what we assumed were local reporters. It was then I realised I had not taken many photographs. The only way to do this now was to hold my camera in the air, aim and hope for the best, the results not being too bad I think. All photographs were taken from different angles which shows how many were there and shows the left and media report that only 300 turned up look like the usual deliberate underestimation.

The speeches from Alby Walker, Michael Coleman, Simon Darby and Nick Griffin were made from the Truth Truck which had made its debut appearance that day. The two fantastic Stoke Councillors spoke poignantly about their personal memories of Keith Brown and how the Brown Family had turned to the BNP when all other authorities in Stoke refused to listen.

All in all a successful, eventful but extremely tiring day was had by all.

North West Leicestershire Party

Last night we attended a party in rural North West Leicestershire, thrown for the BNP candidate Nick Porter and all the people involved in the recent election in Melton Mowbray. Amongst the people present were, Carol, Maurice and Mark Collett, Wayne and Sam McDermott, Geoff Dickens, John Ryde, Cllrs Ian Meller, Graham Partner and Cathy Duffy. The Melton election resulted in the BNP beating the Conservatives by 236 votes to 177, but losing out to Labour by a mere 72 votes, which shows the BNP making serious in roads in rural Leicestershire. Figures show that 32.5% of voters turned out to vote British National Party. Well done to all involved.

Maurice Collett took the opportunity to announce the total raised in the East Midlands for his recent sponsored bike ride from Rothley to Skegness being a whopping £4065. This fantastic amount has beaten all hopes and expectations and will be added to the amount already collated for the East Midlands Euro Election Fund 2009.

During the evening Carol Collett presented our dedicated and hard working East Midlands Press Officer John Ryde with a surprise birthday cake for his recent 70th birthday. John really is the unsung hero of the East Midlands. Happy Birthday John from Broxtowe BNP.

Stoke Day of Action on Saturday 20th September

A day of action is being organised in Stoke in memory of family man Keith Brown who was murdered by Habib Khan his muslim neighbour. Khan stabbed Keith on the front garden of his home in front of his children. For this he received an unjustifiable sentence of 8 years.

This day of Action has been called by BNP Party Chairman Nick Griffin in protest of the way in which the whole case has been handled. Keith Brown and his family turned to the BNP for help when all other local authorities turned their backs. For this, the disgusting British media have implied that because Keith became a BNP activist, he somehow deserved to die.
